After windows has set compatibility mode to windows 7 the program has installed and now runs perfectly as it used to.

In this mode the allshare worked very good. But then you should stay logged in as this hidden administra. Once you've installed Allshare and undo by cmd this hidden administrator and login with you "normal" administator account.
A lot of different things can happen when opening allshare but it does not work anymore. I'm not sure if the issue has to be resolved by Samsung or Microsoft or the both of them.
